Hostage Negotiation and Inspection

On 05-09-2007 The Troy Police Explorers participated in a Hostage Negotiation class taught by Officer William Karras of the Troy Police Department.  Officer Karras explained the basics of hostage negotiation and showed some short videos of negotiations in progress.  The Explorers uniforms were also inspected by Officer Karras.  The Explorers get inspected every meeting that they participate in.
